The questions every broker asks before kickoff
Day 91, brand voice, lead ownership — in writing.
Every question gets answered before kickoff — in writing if it's here, on the 20-min call if it isn't. We'd rather over-explain the pilot than have you discover something at day 30. The three biggest fears are open by default; the rest expand on click.

What happens on day 91?
If you keep it, billing begins at your chosen plan — no surprise pricing, we quote before kickoff. If you drop it, one email ends it. We deactivate the widget, export your lead data, and walk. Zero clawback.
What if our listings are too complex or niche?
Luxury, commercial, leasing, PM, multi-language — we've trained AI on all of these. If your inventory is too thin for the AI to answer accurately, we tell you on day 3 and don't proceed. You pay nothing either way.
Will it sound like a generic chatbot and hurt our brand?
No. We ingest your agent playbooks, past conversations, and tone guidelines. You approve the bot's voice in a 10-minute review before it goes live. Swap copy any time — no dev required.
How is this different from kvCORE / Lofty / a regular chatbot?
kvCORE, Lofty, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown are CRMs that route leads after a human (or a basic auto-reply) makes contact. Callidex sits one step earlier: it handles the inquiry end-to-end — answers in seconds, qualifies, books the showing — and then writes the qualified lead into the CRM you already use. You don't replace your CRM; we feed it. A regular chatbot (Drift, Intercom, Tidio) routes intents to canned flows and hands hard questions to a human. Callidex is trained on your listings and qualification logic, so it actually does the work of a junior coordinator instead of just routing. See the architecture →
Who owns the leads and conversation data?
You. Fully exportable, fully deletable, any time. We're a processor, not an owner. Signed DPA on request. See our privacy policy for the full data-handling detail.
What if my agents push back?
Most don't — they get warmer, pre-qualified leads instead of cold DMs. We include a team handoff playbook on day 5 so they see the upside. If adoption stalls, that's on us to fix, not you.
How do you define a "qualified lead" for the guarantee?
A "qualified lead" = intent (buy / rent / sell) + contact info + budget OR timeline captured in conversation, validated by your team within 48 hours of AI handoff. We write this definition into your pilot brief before day 1 — no moving goalposts at day 90.
What does Callidex cost after the pilot?
A flat $499 per month. No per-seat fees, no per-lead fees, no setup fees after kickoff. Cancel any time.
Are you GDPR and CCPA compliant? Where is our lead data stored?
Yes. Lead data is stored in US-based infrastructure (AWS us-east-1) with encryption at rest and in transit. We sign a DPA on request. We're a data processor, not a data controller — your brokerage owns the data, we process it on your behalf. Full data export or deletion is available any time via one email to privacy@callidex.io. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose outside of running your AI concierge. Read the full privacy policy →
What's the real worst case if this doesn't work for us?
About ~4 hours of your team's time during onboarding (approving the AI voice, connecting the calendar, a 10-minute review at day 5), plus data shared with us during the pilot. If we miss the 20-qualified-leads threshold at day 90: we hand over the training data, scripts, qualification logic, and conversation flows we built for your brokerage, and you keep every lead and conversation collected during the pilot. Net worst case: ~4 hours of your team's time, and you walk away with custom AI work and lead data you didn't have before. Financial cost to you: zero.
