Your lead data lives in an isolated Postgres schema in AWS us-east-1, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Only your brokerage's queries ever touch that schema. We're a data processor, not a controller — you own the data, we process it on your behalf. Full export (JSON + CSV) or full deletion happens with one email to consulting@callidex.io, within 72 hours. We sign a DPA on request. We do not train models on your data. We do not share, sell, or aggregate it with other clients' data for any purpose.

We built: the qualification logic, the brokerage-specific prompting, the MCP tool definitions for calendar and inventory lookup, the multi-channel router, and the conversation memory system.
We use (and pay for): Anthropic's models, WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, AWS, Google Calendar API. The stuff that's commodity, we buy. The stuff that's the actual product, we own — and on day 91, if the pilot hasn't worked, it's what we hand over to you.
What the AI will not do.
