Plain-English summary: use the site and the demo for evaluation. Don't try to break it. The 90-day pilot terms — including the 20-Lead Guarantee — are written into a separate pilot brief signed by both sides before kickoff. These site terms govern only your use of callidex.io itself.

1. Acceptance

By using callidex.io or any related service ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The pilot is governed by a separate agreement

The 90-day pilot, the 20-Lead Guarantee, the post-pilot $499/month list price, and any custom training and integration are governed by the Pilot Brief we send you before kickoff and any Master Services Agreement signed by both parties. The marketing copy on this site describes our standard offer but is not itself a contract.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Don't reverse-engineer the service to build a competing product.
• Don't submit other people's personal data to our forms or demo without their consent.
• Don't use the demo for harassment, spam, or generating illegal content.

4. The live demo at /try

The /try page hosts a sandbox AI concierge running on sample listings. Conversations there may be logged for product improvement. Don't enter real personal data into the demo. Use a placeholder email and phone if a form prompts you.

5. Intellectual property

callidex.io content, brand, and the Callidex Service are owned by Callidex Inc. The training data, scripts, qualification logic, and conversation flows we build for a pilot client become that client's property under the 20-Lead Guarantee terms — see your Pilot Brief.

6. No warranty on the marketing site

The site is provided "as is." Stats, projections, and ROI math on the site are illustrative — actual results depend on your inventory, traffic, and team. Our binding commitments live in the Pilot Brief.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callidex's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of callidex.io is limited to USD $100. This cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that can't be excluded by law. Pilot-specific liability is governed by the Pilot Brief.

8. Email submissions

When you submit your email through a form, you're consenting to a one-time pilot brief delivery and at most one follow-up. We never sell your email and never add you to a marketing list without separate opt-in. Unsubscribe at any time.

9. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access to anyone abusing the demo or attempting to harm the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We will post material changes at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
